RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns

We accept unworn bikinis bought from our store with tags and liners attached within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days of receiving the parcel if you wish to return any items Myzo will gladly accept returns for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire. All SALE section items are FINAL SALE. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and need to be sent back in the original poly bags. MYZO SWIM always reserves the right to refuse a refund.
For US customers we offer a free return label when you start your return in our returns center (please click here to initiate your return or go to the Return Center).
Follow the step-by-step instructions in our return center and include your packing slip from your original delivery in your return package.
For International customers, please reach out to MYZO Team at [email protected] and we will assist you. Once your return is approved you will be able to return your package. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item at our warehouse it can take up to 5 business days to process your return, then you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed. Also, it is important to note that can take between 5-10 business days, to see the amount refunded back to your account.
MYZO will not process any refund if the items shipped are not sent back in the conditions specified above. In case a package is shipped but no delivered, MYZO SWIM will provide a credit note for the full amount (except shipping costs) after 30 days from shipment.

EXCHANGES

MYZO SWIM will gladly allow any swimwear or apparel item to be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and need to be sent back in the original poly bags.
Please follow the steps below to go forward with an exchange:
• Within 14 days of receiving the merchandise initiate your exchange here and contact [email protected] to request your new size/color please allow 1-2 business day for processing
•Please make sure to include your original receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and poly bags. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not postmarked within 14 days of receiving the purchase.

• There is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired size or color, in that case, you will receive a refund for the item returned or store credit if it was purchased on sales.

MYZO SWIM will take care of your shipping costs if you are claiming an Exchange and you are within the US. International customers are responsible for shipping costs. MYZO SWIM will assume shipping costs for the new ítem both for national or international customers via USPS First Class (when original items were purchased full price). If you require another kind of shipment you need to notify to customer service via email to [email protected], you will be provided a code for the amount spent (excluding shipping costs) and you will be able to purchase the new item selecting the shipping method you need.
If you need an Exchange for items purchased on sales, please notify it to customer service via email to [email protected] and we will help you to have the ítem you need if it is still in stock. Customer will have to take care of shipping cost to exchange items purchased on sales.
